The PBA started with the Sower Parish Evangelization School (SPES) course conducted by Rev. Fr. Efren O. Rivera, O.P. in 1992. In 1993, the group was formally organized to actualize what they learned from the course.

During the SPES course, Fr. Efren exposed the class to Bible Enthronement as their practicum. Three case study studies were conducted in the homes of parishioners Atty. Vic and Sis. Tess Dorina Mendoza, and Bro. Peping and Sis. Pening De Leon. After each activity, Bible studies or "BIBLIARASAL" were held four (4) days a week in their respective homes.

The PBA continues spreading the Word of God by way enthoroning the Holy Bible in homes, offices, hospitals, schools, parishes and barangay halls, and in the other places throughout Luzon like Cavite, Baatangas, Laguna, Quezon City, Novaliches, Marikina, Bulacan, Pampanga, Zambales, Baguio, and other places in Metro Manila.
