Santisimo Rosario Eucharistic AdorersIn March 11, 1983, a group of Vigil Adorers stated a solemn vigil adoration before before the Blessed Sacrament at the Sacrament at Santisimo Rosario Parish. Fr. Ramon Perez, O.P., the parish priest at that time, gave permission to the group to hold a vigil adoration evry Friday from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Five years later, in January 1988, the group was recognized by the Parish Pastoral Council. Since then, the Adorers gave them support to it and continuosly participated in all the parish activities.
In October 1989, the group was named Santisimo Rosario Parish Eucharistic Adorers by Fr. Butch Bombase, O.P., as it aimed to hold vigils before the Blessed Sacrament.
As time passed, the adorers held various activities that helped them grow in faith and lov for God and others. The weekly Fatima devotion was promoted. The members, while carrying the image of Our Lady of fatima, conduct a house to house visit among Catholics. Another Another activity which was added is giving of loe offering every third Sunday of the month during the 9:00 a.m Mass.
Active participation in all those activities is definitely not the main objective of the group but to deepen the spiritually of the individual members.
