Heart of Jesus and Mary
A marriage encounter community that seeks to strengthen family life through the Marriage Encounter weekend and other parallel activities. Foremost of these are the Family Encounter (FE), the Family Life Deepening Seminar (FLDS) and the Sons and Daughters Encounter (SADE). It also seeks to strengthen the member's personal relationship with the Lord through the Life in the Spirit Seminar (LLS) and the Growth in the Spirit Seminar (GSS).
The HJM Prayer Community has several prayer groups under its wings: the HJM-Santisimo Rosario(UST), the HJM-Mother of God (Muntinlupa), to mention a few. The Community has Bibliarasal (Bible Study) groups that meet once a week. The HJM- Santisimo Rosario (UST) Prayer Group meets every Wednesday from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Parish Church except every first Wednesday of the month when a general assembly is held at the Edsa Shrine.
The HJM Prayer Community is an accredited prayer group of the Pag-ibig Sa Diyos Catholic Community last February 11, 1992, and is now registered as a foundation with the SEC.
Each prayer group is administerd by a group of commited couples called the CORE members. It is headed by a Pastoral Team consisting of three couples from which a couple is chosen as Prayer Group servant. They, in turn, are supported by prayer group service heads.
Although relatively new un the parish, HJM members are very supportive of the activities that the parish undertakes to improve the spiritual as well as the temporal condition of the parishioners.
